Before you book
- How do I make a booking on your website?
Our platform is designed to work smoothly and easily. Please just follow our navigation menu by choosing your travel dates and time, destinations and number of passengers in the designated fields. Next you will be introduced to your travel option – vehicles types, passenger and luggage capacity, travel details and prices.
After choosing you preferred ride, click “Book Transfers” and you will be forwarded to our “Extras’ options. Consider carefully what you might need so we send you the best car for your travel.
Click “Continue” to preceed with you order. Read the summarize of your booking and the amount due.
After you “Proceed to Checkout” it is very important that you provide all the required data.
In the last field “Important travel information” you need to provide your flight details so we can monitor your arrival and the driver can go the the correct arrivals hall and meet you.
- What information do I need in order to book?
Before you make a booking you need to be sure about your exact travel dates and time! Your exact travel destination is important!
Consider the number of your fellow passengers, the luggage they plan to carry and whether they plan to bring children.
If you have any doubts you can always e-mail us all your questions and we will give you our professional advise.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?
Our job is to take you wherever you want to go! In case you can’t see your exact destination, please use our “Custom Transfer” option and send an inquiry for a new route. Within the next 24 hour you will receive a confirmation e-mail that we have added your desired route so you can go online and book!
- How do I pay for my transfer?
Our engine provides hassle free payment options. You can choose either to pay via PayPal where you can use your credit card as well, or just choose “Cash On Delivery” and pay when you arrive!
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
You can always choose from our “Extras” menu which you will meet on step 3 during the booking process, how many extra stops in the chosen destinations you need to make.
Pick your accommodation keys, drop off document or any other reason, just mentioned it before you book.
One Extra stop is limited to 10minutes.
- How to choose the right vehicle type?
Consider the number of passengers, including children and the luggage you plan to carry. Read the additional information during the booking steps where you can find data of the capacity of every vehicle type. Have in mind the child seats you might need to take as well.
In order to have a comfortable ride and in case you are in a doubt if the luggage will fit, consider booking the next larger vehicle.
- What is included in the price?
The price of the transfers you have booked is either one-way or two-way journey, according to your booking. This is explicitly stated on the website and your booking voucher.
If you have chosen some “Extras” during the booking process they are stated on the voucher and included in the price.
No additional extras and services are included in the price.In case you need such during your travel, kindly inform the driver so he is able to coordinate them and advise you for the price in advance.
Gratitude to the driver is not included which is at the passenger’s discretion.

- How to choose the right Extras?
Most important when choosing your “Extras” is to be aware if any children will be traveling in the group. Provide us with information of the age, weight and height of your children as all these parameters are important when choosing the appropriate child seat.
Consider also all specific or extra luggage you plan to bring or an extra stops you will need to make during your journey.
- How can I be sure my ride is waiting for me?
Don’t worry about flight delays. We will monitor you flight in case of up to 1 hour delay on arrival.
If you experience more than 1 hour delay at departure, call us immediately so we can reschedule you pick up time. In case you don’t call us and the flight is delayed over 1 hours on arrival we can’t assure the availability of another driver.
When arriving at the airport, the driver will wait for you for 45 free minutes. Take your time at immigration, baggage pick up or other. In case you need more time, please immediately call us so we can confirm the driver can wait extra time.
In front of your accommodation address, the driver will wait for you for 10 minutes. After that time we will call you to coordinate the pick up. Actual pick up time can be no later than 20 minutes after the booked pick up time.
- How much luggage I can bring?
In every vehicle you can take with you for free in the cabin your hand luggage with maximum dimensions 40 x 22 x 55, per person. You can carry for free checked in luggage with maximum dimensions 60 x 35 x 85 cm per person.
Any additional luggage or equipment you want to bring should be specified in advance and paid according to our table with Extras. In case you bring extra luggage without informing us we will do our best to fit it in the vehicle you have booked. If this is not possible you will need too take care of the luggage transportation either by booking a larger vehicle if available or pay for a taxi to carry the luggage.
If you have doubts whether your luggage will fit in the chosen vehicle and all passengers will travel comfortably, consider booking the next larger vehicle.
- I am traveling with children
Provide us with information of the age, weight and height of your children as all these parameters are important when choosing the appropriate child seat.
In most vehicles we can provide child seats. Please specify during your booking process how many child or baby seats you will need. The equipment will be provided whenever possible if booked. In case we are not able to provide the equipment for some reason, you will be informed in advance and the amount will be deducted from you amount due. In case you will bring your own child seat, please inform us in advance.
Before you travel
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals hall at the airport with your name on a board. Please make sure you provide all the correct data related to your flights during the booking process.
When traveling from you accommodation address to the airport, the driver will wait in front of your hotel or apartment.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
In case you can’t see your driver at the specified pick up time, call us immediately so we can coordinate the successful completion the the transfer.
- How long will the transfer take?
The travel time on the travel voucher and our website are approximate. It is possible that these times vary according traffic, roadworks, local road closures or other, including booked extra stops.
- What if I change my mind?
In case of a flight change, size of group, need of extras or entire change of plans, just write us as soon as possible so we can amend, upgrade or cancel for free your booking.
Free cancellation is possible 24hrs before your desired pick up time.
- What happens after I book?
After a successful booking, you will see our confirmation screen with all your booking details. On your e-mail you will receive the same confirmation as a travel voucher which you should print and bring with you during your trip.

- Left something behind?
If you have forgotten some of your personal belongings in some of our vehicles, please write to us immediately and mention your travel dates, destination and booking number. We will make any efforts to return your belongings by courier. Please be advised that any taxes or charges related to returning your belongings will have to be paid before the luggage is sent back to you.
